Lori Skinner-Campbell is a Registered Nurse with 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. 

Lori Skinner-Campbell is a Registered Nurse with 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career in medical-surgical and critical care nursing, then progressed to senior-level and consulting positions in quality, accreditation, and compliance. Her expertise includes NCQA Health Plan, Case Management, Utilization Management, MBHO Accreditations, and PCMH Recognition. Lori joined Managed Healthcare Resources in 2023 as a Healthcare Quality Consultant.

Lori has had a successful career in clinical nursing for 15 years. She has also held leadership positions at AccessCare in Cary, NC, Cerner Corporation in Kansas, MO, and EXL in New York, NY. In addition, she established statewide compliance programs and forged strategic community partnerships to drive growth and success during her tenure. Lori has undertaken several consulting assignments and has achieved various accomplishments. These include developing and executing multi-state population health strategies, establishing clinical compliance infrastructures for NCQA PCMH and UM accreditation readiness, managing global clinical compliance, accreditation, and licensing across the US and internationally, and providing guidance to organizations on whole-person care. Lori is a leader and consultant with excellent communication, innovation, and strategic skills. She effectively utilizes these competencies to assist organizations in achieving their goals and objectives.

Lori has an impressive educational background, including a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. She is also working towards obtaining a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).

Lori enjoys gardening, traveling, bowling, fitness, and dancing. She lives with her husband in Cary, NC, and loves spending time with her two adult children and their families.
