SUSAN K. MOORE, MHSA, RN

President/CEO

Susan K. Moore founded Managed Healthcare Consulting, Inc. (MHR) in January 1991, where she continues to serve as President & CEO. Susan is a distinguished leader in the health insurance industry, where her firm specializes in preparing organizations for accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). She began her career as a Registered Nurse (RN), working across inpatient settings and home healthcare. Susan transitioned to managed care, gaining the experience to qualify as an NCQA Surveyor in 1996. Susan’s values are of utmost importance, which she upholds as CEO and expects of her team, to the benefit of her clients and the members they serve.

DIANE HOYE

Product Development

Diane Hoye joined MHR in May 2025, bringing multi-disciplinary expertise across product management, product development, marketing, sales operations, strategy, and finance. Her career encompasses senior roles in both the healthcare and consumer industries, emphasizing the alignment of business objectives with actionable, market-driven solutions.

At MHR, Diane focuses on expanding the company's reach and enhancing client value. She develops products, sales, and marketing strategies that align with operations and collaborates with technology platforms to improve workflows and processes, driving scalable growth and a superior client experience.

She holds an MBA from Boston University, where she concentrated in Finance, and a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University, both of which she earned with honors. Diane is a CPA and also holds certifications in Web Design and Pragmatic Marketing.

BRIANNA FOUNTAIN

Executive Assistant

Brianna Fountain is a detail-oriented and resourceful Executive Assistant supporting the President & CEO of Managed Healthcare Resources (MHR). Brianna joined MHR in May 2025 and is responsible for streamlining high-level administrative functions, optimizing workflows, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper and project coordinator. She manages scheduling, correspondence, internal communications, and cross-functional follow-up, ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are aligned for maximum impact.

A proud veteran, Brianna served as a First Lieutenant in the Missouri Army National Guard, overseeing unit-wide health services administration, coordinating personnel and supplies to support leadership, and advising on necessary resources to meet soldiers’ needs.

Brianna holds a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) from A.T. Still University in Missouri, where she has contributed to federally funded initiatives and grant writing.

VIET NGUYEN

Virtual Assistant

With nearly 10 years of experience in administrative and operational support, Viet Nguyen has served as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to various companies and CEOs. She played a pivotal role in managing office operations, streamlining workflows, and optimizing productivity. Viet joined Managed Healthcare Resources as a Virtual Assistant in February of 2024.

In Viet’s role, she posts website content such as blogs, facilitates client communications, schedules webinars and meetings, and assists in updating various documents.  Viet helps bridge the needs of MHR’s customers with the consulting, executive, and administrative teams.  

TONYA LAND

Marketing Consultant

TonyaLand’s dynamic career began in higher education recruitment and marketing, followed by leading corporate communications for a global manufacturing company based in Wisconsin.  Since 2021, Tonya has consulted for Managed Healthcare Resources (MHR), specializing in website development and customer relations management support.

While consulting with MHR, Tonya advises on its website development and expansion of its customer relations management system for improved integration and efficiency.  Her expertise in digital marketing, online communications, and web development brings to MHR a unique talent that compliments the administrative and consulting team.
