PAIGE COOKE, MS, BA

Operations Director

Paige Cooke joined MHR having 12 years of experience working with clients at NCQA’s headquarters. Most recently, she served as Director of State Affairs at NCQA, where she interfaced with many states’ Medicaid regulators. Her expertise is in advancing quality initiatives by aligning stakeholder and organizational goals.

In her new role as Operations Director at MHR, Paige will assist Susan K. Moore, President & CEO, in managing general operations to support MHR’s growing clientele who seek consultation for NCQA survey preparation and maintenance.

Prior to her role at NCQA headquarters as Director of State Affairs, Paige held positions of External Relations Manager for Recognition Programs, Assistant Director of Customer Engagement, Director of Business Development, and Senior Account Manager for National Accounts.

Paige’s experience at NCQA has given her extensive knowledge of NCQA functions and survey structures and skills in interfacing with all departments. In addition, she has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in working cross-functionally, which supports MHR’s systems.

Paige attained her BA in Mass Communications and Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University and her MS in Healthcare Communications from Boston University.

She lives with her husband and daughter in the Washington, D.C., area.
