She has achieved multiple NCQA accreditations in LTSS, UM, and PHM, delivered top-tier employee engagement scores, and generated millions in savings through innovative transition-of-care programs and vendor realignment.

She is recognized for making accreditation requirements clear and manageable, fostering collaboration, and driving survey readiness with confidence.

Known for her relational leadership style, Malinda blends strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive accreditation readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
