- Apply knowledge of the standards, required data sources, and file requirements through participation in a hands-on exercise.
- Identify when the clock starts for 30 days/60 days in relationship to assessment.
- Distinguish the difference between an assessment statement and a conclusion.
- Identify the importance of file review, the points associated with them, and what files are included in the NCQA CCM survey file universe.
