MHR CLIENTS ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED!

Because we value feedback and are committed to the quality process, we employed a new client survey in October 2022 to help identify areas of improvement and set our goals for 2023.  We are pleased to share highlights from the survey conducted by email and telephone.  

MHR is well-known for its expert consultants on NCQA Accreditation, and our clients have recognized their expertise, with 100% satisfaction - 75% of respondents being very satisfied and 25% satisfied.

General comments acknowledged their professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude.

We know that our clients must be selective in how they utilize their resources, with 100% of respondents rating MHR’s value as either excellent/above average (75%) or average (25%) when considering outcomes such as employees being more engaged and knowledgeable, workflows and reporting improved, and the organization meeting NCQA requirements. 

Additionally, we always want to be sure we meet the terms of our contract with you, with 100% of respondents being either very satisfied (75%) or satisfied (25%) when considering our meeting management, document facilitation, and appropriateness of billing according to the documents provided for review.  

 

100% of respondents were very satisfied with MHR meeting their needs for NCQA Preparation.  

When further asked about the most important aspects of the consulting engagement, the most frequently selected responses were detailed documentation review and mock file review, followed by the Gap Analysis grid, expert advice, assisting with the NCQA application, and having direct communications with NCQA.  

We are very grateful that when asked how likely they would recommend MHR for NCQA consultation, 100% said, very high.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT

  • Condense and shorten reports and assessment tool
  • We didn’t know additional training or templates were available
  • Differentiate between a question and a challenge
  • Reconsider how additional training fees are applied (per attendee, flat rate, etc.)

As we look toward 2023, organizations face challenges such as mergers and acquisitions, expansion to new markets, and possibly talent shortages.  When it comes to NCQA, know that MHR has a proven track record of success and high client satisfaction.
